Thank you for choosing us for your protein! If you've landed on this page then something's gone wrong with your order - that's not something we enjoy.

My product was damaged in transit

Take a photo of the product and send it to This will help us speed up the process. 

Return the product as is and we will send you a replacement. (We'll cover any delivery fees by refunding you the cost of returning the product- proof of payment required).

I changed my mind

We also change our minds about things. We'll be more than happy to swap it over to a different product - if it is unopened. Due to health and safety we can only accept a return if the product hasn't been opened.

You'll need to cover the cost of shipping (returning the product as well as any replacement(s) ). We can only accept Change of Minds 14 days after initial order.

I got the wrong product

Please don't open or dispose of it. Send us an email advising us of what you got, compared to what you should have received. If we find that it was our fault we will happily send you the correct item at no charge to you.

Something was wrong with the quality

If something was wrong with the quality of the item, get in touch ASAP as we would like to hear about it. Supply us with the batch code as we need this to investigate for quality control. Do not dispose of the product as it may be required as part of the investigation process.

If we can identify a problem with the batch we will happily provide a full refund or exchange at no cost to you.
