Low Calorie Protein Muffins

Try this easy and delicious Envano Protein muffin recipe. They only have 97 calories per muffin and are tasty-AF. We use the chocolate protein but you can use any of the four flavours. If you want to make it vegan, just swap out the eggs for an egg replacement such as McKenzie's Vegan Egg replacement or Orgran's No Egg.

 

1/4 cup GF Oats

1 cup GF flour
1 heaped teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup Envano protein flavour of choice

1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 eggs
1/3 cup nutelex
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup frozen berries

Preheat over to 200 degrees

Mix all dry ingredients together.
In seperate bowl mix mix wet ingredients.

Make well in dry ingredients,
Then add in wet ingredients.

Lastly, roll frozen berries in 1 teaspoon of GF flour so they are coated. Then fold into mixtures.

Spoon into muffin tins.

Makes 12 muffins, 96 cals each.
